The plan to relocate many universities from central Hanoi areas has remained committed to paper, with this being blamed for worsening traffic. Under a decade-long plan approved by the government on the location of universities in Hanoi, 12 colleges and universities were set to be relocated to the city’s satellite urban areas in Gia Lam, Phu Xuyen and Soc Son districts, Son Tay Town and Hoa Lac area by 2016. However, to date, only the Hanoi University of Public Health has been relocated. A student in Hanoi has tested positive for Covid-19 upon arrival in France, according to the Hanoi Department of Health. The 25-year-old woman from the outlying district of Thach That returned to Vietnam from South Korea where she participated in a training course on May 25. Cap has treated nearly 20 patients in critical condition. He graduated from Hanoi Medical University and then worked in the ICU of Agriculture Hosptial in 1995. In 2006, he moved to the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases. He was promoted to the deputy director position in late July. Since the start of the Covid-19 outbreak, he and other doctors have collected materials and data to share with other co-workers about coronavirus. He also carried out health check-ups for thousands of people and directly treated 30 patients including 20 in critical condition.
