Several linguistic issues have arisen in relation to the spelling of the words euro and cent in the many languages of the member states of the European Union, as well as in relation to grammar and the formation of plurals. In official documents, the name "euro" must be used for the nominative singular in all languages, though different alphabets are taken into account and plural forms and declensions are accepted. In documents other than EU legal texts, including national legislation, other spellings are accepted according to the various grammatical rules of the respective language. Very few customers are loyal to companies who don’t have an online presence, a study conducted by Valoria shows. Only 4 percent of consumers are very loyal to a company that does not have an online presence, while 33 percent are loyal to a company with online presence. The study “Buying behaviors in the age of the digital consumers” released by Valoria shows that most of the consumers who are very loyal to the brands that they currently purchase are those with an income of up to EUR 500 (20 percent). The Party of Socialists of Republic of Moldova (PSRM) organised on November 18th a national rally in the city centre of Chișinău. The main goal of the meeting, according to socialists, was protesting against the current government “that moves Moldova in the wrong direction.” Seems like old times Several representative populist slogans used in the past by the soviets reverberated during the rally. The most popular ones were “turning the power in the hands of masses”, “we will begin the Moldova’s liberation” and “there is still hope.” The PSRM supporters got together and, just like in other mass gatherings organised by the party, were transported to Chișinău free of charge with special designated buses. IRUM factory Reghin has launched the first Romanian tractor to be built in the past 10 years. The tractor is the result of 5 years of research and development and a total investment of EUR 6 million. The TAGRO project was developed in the Research and Development Center for Agricultural and Forestry Machinery – IFOR – which operates in Reghin, Transylvania. This center was set up by the MAVIPROD group of companies in the IRUM factory and assumed an investment of EUR 2.65 million bringing together 50 Romanian engineers. The investment in the implementation of the TAGRO project meant another EUR 4 million made available by the MAVIPROD Group, the IRUM shareholder. Romania’s population is aging fast, according to official data, and this trend could lead to longer recessions, while recoveries will be weaker, experts say. On July 1, 2018, Romania had a permanent resident population of 22.178 million inhabitants, 2.6 million over the real population calculated with the last census, according to National Institute of Statistics (INS) data, released on Monday. Permanent resident population represents the number of persons with Romanian citizenship and official residence in Romania, determined according to administrative territorial criteria. “In other words, permanent resident population represent de jure population and can include emigrants as well; permanent resident population is not to be confused with resident population!” INS warned.
