If you’re tired of the dating apps or trying to chat someone up in a bar, why not try out TV dating? The classic dating show, Blind Date, is back and producers are looking for Cambridgeshire singletons who want to find the love of their life or at least a cool date. Paul O’Grady will return as host and matchmaker for another series on Channel 5. The addictive dating game show, which made a comeback last year, was formerly hosted by the late TV icon Cilla Black from 1985 until 2003. Blind Date’s wholesome charm lies in its simplicity: Three potential dates, three questions, and a big reveal. Producers say they want contestants who are fun-loving singles of all ages looking for love.
